HOTEL RULES

1. General Provisions
1.1 These rules govern the relationship between the National Hotel and guests staying there.
1.2 The Hotel provides services for the accommodation and temporary residence of guests in rooms.
1.3 These rules are mandatory for review and execution by all guests staying on the territory of the Hotel.

2. Accommodation Rules
2.1 Check-in at the Hotel is at 14:00, check-out – at 12:00.
2.2 Guests are obliged to maintain silence and order in the Hotel.
2.3 Smoking in rooms and public places of the Hotel is prohibited, with the exception of specially designated places.
2.4 Accommodation with animals in the hotel is allowed only upon prior agreement with the hotel administration. In case of permission, the guest is obliged to provide documents for the animal and is fully responsible for its behavior.
2.5 Guests are responsible for the safety of the property of the Hotel. In case of damage or loss of property, the guest is obliged to reimburse its cost.

3. Booking rules
3.1 Rooms at the Hotel are booked by phone, email, through the official website of the Hotel or through other online booking systems.
3.2 When booking, the guest indicates the contact number, arrival and departure dates, room category and number of guests.
3.3 The Hotel has the right to require an advance payment for the booking in the amount of ONE NIGHT OF ACCOMMODATION.
3.4 The booking is considered confirmed after the Hotel receives the advance payment.

4. Cancellation rules
4.1 The guest has the right to cancel the booking without penalty 14 days before the arrival date. In this case, the advance payment is returned to the guest in full.
4.2 If the booking is cancelled 10 days before the arrival date, the Hotel has the right to withhold a penalty in the amount of 50% of the paid amount.
4.3 If a reservation is cancelled less than 10 days before the arrival date, the Hotel has the right to retain the full cost of the reservation.

4.4 If a guest fails to arrive at the Hotel without prior notice, the Hotel has the right to retain the full cost of the reservation.

4.5 In the event of force majeure circumstances preventing the guest from arriving (illness, natural disasters, etc.), the decision to refund the funds is made by the Hotel administration on an individual basis upon provision of supporting documents.

5. Refund rules
5.1 Refunds are made in the same way that payment was made (to a bank card, e-wallet, etc.).

5.2 The refund period is 10 working days from the date of receipt of the refund application from the guest.

6. Hotel property
6.1 Guests bear full financial responsibility for any damage to or loss of hotel property that occurred through their fault or the fault of persons invited by them.
6.2 In case of damage to the hotel property, the guest is obliged to immediately inform the administration. The amount of damage is determined by the hotel administration and is subject to compensation by the guilty party in full.
6.3 Guests are responsible for the actions of their children that resulted in damage to or loss of hotel property.

These rules may be changed by the Hotel unilaterally. Guests are notified of changes by posting information on the Hotel website and in information materials for guests.
